Yes it's true. I've gone over to the darkside and am using Internet Explorer again. Damn the Stupidos and Full Stream Ahead! But rest assured, I am still experimenting and not becoming the white sheep of the browser family quite yet. This is the new Beta IE7, the one that is going to be included in whatever Gates calls the next version of Windows. I think right now it's Visa or Cha-Ching or something. I am a fanatic about speed. If I can gain .0027 seconds with one particular browser, I'll drop the other one faster than an NBC TV series this season. I have used them all: Mozilla, Firefox, SeaMonkey, Avant, MYIE, Opera, Western Union Wire, Indian Smoke Signals, Town Cryers...you name it. But for me IE is The Fastest browser. It brings up my web pages, hockey stats, gnome porn...I mean Hollywood news, faster than a script reader tosses out plaid covered screenplays with THREE brass brads!

Actually, besides the Browser Incident of Oct '05, I completed my draft of my opus, and am 20 pages into another vicious round of vivisection of my puppy. Before the ASPCA spams my blog with Alpo coupons, that was me being a frigging Idiom again. As you are fully, and somewhat sadly aware, I often pontificate in metaphors, similes, puns and random bouts of tourettes soaked alliteration.

Also, I don't feel so bad not updating, because with this update here I just beat about 90% of the bloggers on my roll...nah nah nuh nah nah!
